Through the incredible generosity of our philanthropic donors and partners, the Snowdome Foundation can provide Australia’s best clinicians and researchers with much-needed funding to support their work.
Snowdome’s granting process identifies key strategic priorities in blood cancer research, including:
- Advancing innovation through translational research, clinical trials, emerging blood cancer research, novel treatment platforms or therapies
- New innovations in genomic and molecular profiling including translational and functional genomics
- Targeted and cellular therapies and their derivatives
- Precision medicine

Applications for the 2026 Cannon Family Travel Grants are now open. The Grants will provide financial support to two individuals actively engaged in the field of blood cancer research to attend an international conference, workshop, symposia or other professional event.
The Cannon Family Global Learning Travel Scholarship is intended to provide financial support to one individual in the Australian blood cancer research community to undertake a 4 to 6 week placement at an international institution of excellence in blood cancer research and treatment.
Through an international collaboration with Blood Cancer United, the Snowdome Foundation is proud to co-fund research led by Australian researchers dedicated to advancing outcomes for people affected by blood cancers. Applications for the John Tandy Myeloma Haematology Fellowship are now open. The grant provides funding for translational research aimed at accelerating clinical impact and improving outcomes for patients with myeloma, with up to $400,000 available over three years (final year contingent on performance).
Applications for the Chloe Rutherford Paediatric Haematology Fellowship are now open.
