Welcoming our new CEO Kirstee Macbeth
The Snowdome Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Kirstee Macbeth as CEO. Snowdome Chairman John Salvaris said: “Kirstee is an exceptional leader. Her track record in building, growing and transforming businesses across the world has been extraordinary.” Kirstee has a collaborative leadership style and is known for bringing the right people together to get passionate about a cause.”
Commenting on Kirstee Macbeth’s appointment, outgoing CEO Miriam Dexter added: “Kirstee brings immense passion to advance Snowdome’s mission driven by her personal connection to blood cancer and I am delighted to be handing over the reins to her.”
Kirstee has worked in senior executive positions within public, private and charitable organisations throughout Australasia, the UK and Europe. She has a strong track record in building, growing and transforming businesses from start-ups to financial turnarounds.
On her appointment Kirstee commented: “I am honoured and excited to have been selected to lead this wonderful organisation. Kirstee and Miriam will work together until the end the month ensuring a smooth transition. We warmly welcome Kirstee into the Snowdome Family and look forward to introducing you to her in person when we can all come together.
