Free online Meditation and Movement

A truly wonderful offer has been made available to Snowdome supporters by Ash Packman at The Fifth Direction.  Ash is offering his online meditation and movement classes free of charge to anyone following the Snowdome Foundation.  This offer comes at a time when we are all feeling anxious, uneasy and isolated.  Meditation has the ability to bring you into the present moment and over time has been shown to reduce the size of the amygdala, the so called fear centre of the brain.
